Goal Setting
Goal setting is a powerful tool that can help you achieve your goals. We identify a desired outcome and develop a plan to achieve it. The goals are planned at the Orgnisation level, Department / function Level, Team Level & individual level.
Role & Responsibilities
For each employee, we shall establish their roles and responsibilities in order to hold them accountable for their work. To promote greater productivity of each employee, will also evaluate any process gaps and duplication of effort.
Review & Appraisal
We support in this most critical part of PMS process. Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly reviews are planned as per imporatnce of goals. The formal feedback is also provided to employee during this process.
