Who we are

HR Business Solutions (“HRBS”, “we”) is located at 723, Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201318, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable law.

Personal data we collect

When you contact us we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, phone number, area of interest and your message. If you send a job application, we receive the information in your CV and email. We aim to collect only what is needed to respond.

HR Self-Assessment. While you complete the self-assessment, your answers are stored only in your own browser so you can resume later; they are not sent to us. If you choose to request your detailed report, we receive your name, work email, company, optional phone number, company size, your answers and your scores, and use them to prepare the report and contact you about it.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange consultations.
  • To prepare and discuss HR Self-Assessment reports you request.
  • To assess job applications sent to us.
  • To keep records required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

We do not sell personal data.

Consent

We process enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the contact form or email us. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, or where required by law. Contact-form and self-assessment submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms. If you choose to chat with us on WhatsApp or book a call through our scheduling tool, those services process the details you share with them under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and similar storage

This site stores your cookie choice, and any self-assessment answers in progress, in your browser. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads only if you accept cookies or click “Show map”; Google may then set its own cookies. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, completion of, updating of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may nominate another person to exercise your rights. You may also raise a grievance with us.

Grievances and contact

Email support@hrbs.in or write to our office address. If your grievance is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to you under the DPDP Act.

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be published on this page.
