Problems this group solves

  • Payroll errors keep recurring and employees lose trust.
  • Salary structures are not tax efficient for employees.
  • HR spends its week on queries, letters and data entry, not on people.
  • Each location runs HR its own way, so records and reports do not match.
  • You cannot see payroll cost by plant, function or month.

If one of these sounds familiar, the pages below show how HRBS works on it, what is included and what it costs you.

Who it suits

This group suits employers who have outgrown spreadsheets and a single payroll clerk, companies with several locations, and HR heads who want their team to move from administration to advice.

Why this matters

Payroll and HR administration look like back office work until they go wrong. A late or incorrect salary damages trust faster than almost any other HR failure, and scattered records make audits painful. Moving the routine work to a managed team gives you checked outputs, written service levels and a cost view you can use. It also frees your own HR people for hiring, engagement and manager support, which is where most of the value in HR sits.

Payroll and Managed HR Operations FAQs

What does managed HR operations include?

It covers the routine work of HR: onboarding, employee records, letters, payroll inputs, queries and exits. The exact list is agreed in writing before work starts.

Is payroll outsourcing safe for confidential data?

HRBS works under a confidentiality agreement and role based access. Data handling is described in the privacy policy, and you can ask for the controls in use before you decide.

Will we lose control of HR decisions?

No. Decisions on pay, hiring and discipline stay with you. HRBS handles the process and prepares the information you need to decide.

Can you run payroll on our existing software?

Yes. HRBS can work on your current HRMS or payroll tool, or advise on a better fit if the tool is the cause of the errors.

How is payroll and HR operations support priced?

Pricing depends on headcount, locations and the tasks in scope. HRBS quotes after a short call, with the scope written down so you know what is covered and what is not.

Can you take over payroll in the middle of the year?

Yes. The handover includes opening balances, year-to-date figures and tax declarations, and the first run is checked against the previous provider's figures before salaries are paid.

Who owns our employee data?

You do. HRBS works on your data under a confidentiality agreement and returns or deletes it at the end of the engagement, as agreed in writing.

What happens if a payroll error occurs?

The agreement sets out how errors are reported, corrected and reviewed. Each error is traced to its cause, so the fix stops it happening again.
