Yes. HRBS charges no service fee for requirement mapping, vendor shortlisting and demos, implementation project management, training and go-live support. Software subscriptions, vendor services, integrations, hardware and statutory costs are paid to the relevant providers.
Which HR software do you work with?
HRBS is an authorised partner of ZingHR, Keka, Adrenalin HCM and Odoo, and recommends the platform that best fits your requirements.
Do we need new software, or is it a process problem?
Not always software. We diagnose first; sometimes the fix is a process change, sometimes new software, sometimes neither.
Can you help with PF, ESI and statutory compliance?
Yes. We support payroll processes, compliance calendars, controls and audit readiness. Legal interpretation stays with your legal and statutory advisers.
Do you support NAPS and NATS apprentice hiring?
Yes, we help plan and coordinate apprentice hiring. Eligibility, stipend and programme rules are set by the official portals, apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and nats.education.gov.in.
