Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Talent acquisition is the full work of finding, assessing and hiring people, and employer branding is how candidates see you before they apply. HRBS supports Indian employers with recruitment services, executive search, IT staffing and recruitment process outsourcing, and builds the employer brand that makes those hires easier.

Problems this group solves

  • Good candidates drop out before the offer stage.
  • Senior roles stay open for months and the search is not confidential.
  • Technology hiring is slow and your own team lacks the time to screen.
  • Job posts get applications, but few from people who fit the role.
  • Your company is hard to find or hard to trust from a candidate's point of view.

If one of these sounds familiar, the pages below show how HRBS works on it, what is included and what it costs you.

Who it suits

This group suits employers who hire regularly and want to stop treating each vacancy as a fresh project. It fits growing companies without a full recruiting team, manufacturers adding senior and technical roles, and firms that need a confidential search.

Why this matters

Hiring is where weak HR processes show up first. A slow shortlist, an unclear role or a poor candidate experience each costs you people you wanted. Employer branding matters for the same reason, because candidates check you before they apply. HRBS treats the two as one system: the brand sets what candidates expect, recruitment tests it against real conversations, and the feedback goes back into the message. Where it helps, we use the same tracking portal for your roles that we use for our own clients.

Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding FAQs

What is the difference between recruitment and RPO?

Recruitment fills a vacancy and ends. RPO means HRBS runs part or all of your hiring process on an ongoing basis, with a team, reports and agreed targets, usually for employers who hire every month.

How does executive search differ from normal recruitment?

Executive search is confidential, direct and assessment led. It targets people who are not applying, and it suits roles where a wrong hire is costly. Normal recruitment relies more on advertising and databases.

Can HRBS help with employer branding without a big budget?

Yes. Most gains come from a clear value proposition, a better careers page and consistent job posts. These cost far less than advertising campaigns, and HRBS can start with a short review.

Do you recruit for technology roles?

Yes. The IT staffing service covers contract and permanent technology hiring, screened for skills and team fit, for employers across India.

How long does it take to fill a role?

It depends on the role, location and salary. HRBS agrees a target timeline for each role before the search starts and reports progress every week.

What does employer branding change in practice?

It changes how candidates see you before they apply: the careers page, job posts, interview experience and what employees say about you. Results vary by role and market, so we track response to job posts before and after.

How are recruitment fees agreed?

Fees depend on the role level and the model, such as per hire or a monthly RPO arrangement. The terms are agreed in writing before work starts.
