Automated ATS

Get a quote for the HRBS Automated ATS

The HRBS Automated ATS is the recruitment portal HRBS clients already use to follow their hiring: a live delivery dashboard, candidate dossiers, structured interviews, one-click shortlisting and a two-step offer approval. You can take it as a subscription, as HRBS runs it, or as a custom implementation built around your own stages and forms.

Three things it does well

See hiring as it happensA delivery dashboard shows each open role, where candidates stand and what is waiting on whom. Shortlists can be approved in one click with structured feedback, and offers go through a two-step approval before release.
Judge candidates on the same termsStandard candidate dossiers, the HRBS 16-trait profile and a role-specific interview matrix with 1 to 5 scales help panels compare people fairly. A verification summary is prepared before an offer.
Keep candidates informed and data separateCandidates get updates on WhatsApp at each stage. The product is designed around the principles of the DPDP Act 2023, with consent records, audit trails, role-based access and each client’s data kept separate.

What the quote covers

We ask a few questions so the quote reflects your volume and process, not a standard price list.

  • Which hiring stages and roles you need to cover
  • Number of users and expected hiring volume
  • Subscription or custom implementation
  • Any integrations with your HRMS or email
  • The parts that are software and the parts HRBS staff do

Who it suits

It suits employers who hire regularly and want one place to see every open role, every candidate and every decision. It also suits companies that already use HRBS for recruitment and want the same portal for their own internal hiring. If you hire only a few people a year, a spreadsheet and a good process may be enough, and we will say so.

What happens after you ask

  • We reply within one working day to agree a short call.
  • On the call we go through your hiring stages, volume, users and any systems the ATS must connect to.
  • You receive a written quote that separates software from HRBS services, with options for subscription and custom implementation where both fit.
  • If you go ahead, we agree a set-up plan with dates for configuration, user training and the first live roles.

What the quote covers

The written quote separates three things so you can compare them: the software, any custom work, and HRBS services such as sourcing or CHRO advisory. For a subscription it shows the monthly fee and what is included. For a custom implementation it lists the stages, forms and integrations to be built, with a timeline.

Data handling is described in plain terms and follows the HRBS privacy policy, including consent tracking, role-based access and a record of decisions. If something in your process is unusual, such as a client approval step or a plant-level sign-off, tell us on the call and the quote will show how it is handled.

What to have ready for the call

  • Roughly how many roles you fill in a year, and at what levels
  • Your hiring stages, from requisition to joining
  • Who approves shortlists and offers
  • Any system the ATS must connect to, such as your HRMS or payroll

A rough answer is enough. We will fill the gaps together on the call.

Questions before you book

What is the difference between subscription and custom?

A subscription gives you the portal as HRBS runs it for its own recruitment clients. A custom implementation adapts stages, forms, approvals and integrations to your process. The quote explains both where both could fit.

Which parts are software and which are HRBS service?

The dashboard, dossiers, interview matrix, approvals and WhatsApp updates are software. Candidate verification and on-demand CHRO advice involve HRBS staff. The quote lists each part so you know exactly what you are buying.

Is the ATS compliant with the DPDP Act?

The product is designed around DPDP Act 2023 principles, with consent records, audit trails and role-based access. Compliance also depends on how each client uses it, so we explain the controls and your responsibilities during the quote.
